The Aprilia SXR 125 brings a slice of the maxi-scooter world to the 125 cc segment, blending bold design with practical performance. Inspired by its larger sibling, the SXR 160, this stylish scooter offers the same imposing CrossMax styling, with an aerodynamic front end, sporty windscreen, and sleek twin LED headlamps that give it a premium and aggressive appearance.

From the side, the SXR 125’s stretched-out body, upswept rear profile, and long, well-cushioned single-piece seat highlight its maxi-scooter DNA, offering both rider and pillion a comfortable ride. Stylish alloy wheels complete the sporty look.

Powering the SXR 125 is a BS6-compliant 125 cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected 3-valve engine, borrowed from the SR 125 and Storm 125. This motor delivers 9.4 bhp at 7,600 rpm and 9.2 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm, mated to a CVT transmission for smooth city commutes and effortless performance.

On the tech and features front, the scooter is loaded. It includes:

Suspension duties are managed by hydraulic telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by a 200 mm front disc and 140 mm rear drum, supported by CBS (Combined Braking System) as standard. The scooter also gets a 7-litre fuel tank, offering good range for daily rides.

Available in four striking colours — Glossy Red, Matt Blue, Glossy White, and Matt Black — the Aprilia SXR 125 stands out in the 125 cc premium scooter segment. Priced at ₹1.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), it competes with rivals like the Suzuki Burgman Street 125 and TVS NTorq 125, while offering a unique European flair and maxi-scooter appeal.
