Kawasaki Z H2

Kawasaki Motors India has officially launched its flagship supercharged naked bikes, the MY23 Z H2 and Z H2 SE, with prices starting at Rs. 23.02 lakh for the standard model and Rs. 27.22 lakh for the SE variant (ex-showroom, India). Both models are offered in a single striking paint scheme — Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray, which serves as the only notable visual update for this model year.

Under the skin, both the Z H2 and Z H2 SE are powered by a 998cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder, supercharged engine, producing a thrilling 197 bhp at 11,000 rpm and 137 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. These figures promise explosive performance, true to their hypernaked DNA.

Braking duties are handled by Brembo M4.32 calipers on the standard Z H2, while the premium SE variant gets Brembo Stylema calipers, offering superior stopping power.

Stylistically, both bikes follow Kawasaki’s bold SUGOMI philosophy and minimalist design language, giving them a muscular yet refined streetfighter presence. They come packed with high-end features such as:

The key distinction between the two lies in their suspension setup.

• The Z H2 is equipped with Showa SFF-BP front forks and a Showa rear monoshock, both fully adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound damping.

• The Z H2 SE, however, takes things a step further with Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension (KECS) featuring Showa’s Skyhook Technology, offering adaptive damping for enhanced comfort and stability.
