Honda CB1000R Plus
Description
The 999 cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine that powers the CB1000R Plus produces 104 Nm at 8,250 rpm and 143 horsepower at 10,500 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Instead of backslapping performance, the long stroke motor permits increased torque in the low and mid-range. A Showa BFRC (Balance Free Rear Cushion) monoshock and a 43 mm Showa SFF-BP (Separate Function Forks-Big Piston) up front make up the suspension system. They are joined by a single-sided swingarm. Braking is accomplished with a 256 mm single disc brake in the back and 310 mm twin disc brakes up front. The kerb weight of the Honda CB1000R Plus is 212 kg.
