The Kawasaki KLX 450R stands as the flagship off-road model in Kawasaki’s trail bike lineup, purpose-built for serious off-road adventures. With a price tag of ₹8.99 lakh (ex-showroom), this bike delivers high-level performance and precision that seasoned riders will admire, while still offering room for intermediate enthusiasts to elevate their off-road skills with confidence.

At its heart lies a 449 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-valve engine, paired with a five-speed gearbox. While this machine is strictly off-road only and cannot be registered for road use, it does come equipped with useful features like a digital instrument cluster displaying a speedometer, twin trip meters, odometer, and clock. In addition, the KLX 450R features a headlight and LED taillight, along with both electric and kick-start options—ensuring a reliable start even in tricky trail conditions.

Engineered around a perimeter aluminium frame, the KLX 450R boasts premium suspension components to handle rugged terrain. Braking is handled by 250 mm petal discs at both ends, with dual-piston calipers at the front and a single-piston caliper at the rear, ensuring strong and controlled stopping power.
