Description
The 2025 Mahindra Global Pik-Up is a concept vehicle based on the Scorpio N, designed for global markets, including India, South and Central America, ASEAN, Australia, and Africa. It will enter production in 2025.
Design and Features: The Pik-Up concept boasts a robust design with high ground clearance, large wheel arches, and a muscular stance. Built on a new ladder-frame chassis, it is engineered to meet global safety standards, having scored 5 stars at the Global NCAP crash test. The design shares similarities with the Scorpio N, featuring similar headlamps, bonnet, and front fenders, along with a newly designed grille, a large skid plate, roof-mounted lightbar, and a snorkel.
Powertrain: The vehicle is powered by a Gen-2 MHawk diesel engine, available with both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options. It also features four drive modes: Normal, Grass-Gravel-Snow, Mud-Rut, and Sand, ensuring versatility in different terrains.
This rugged and sporty pick-up is expected to appeal to a wide range of international markets once it begins production.
